Always at the forefront of innovation and positive change, Accenture Australia approached CoBox with a unique and ambitious idea: to share the invaluable insights of Australia’s most prominent CEOs and uncover the secrets behind their thriving businesses. The objective was to delve into transformative ideas that could reshape our nation and navigate through one of the most significant economic downturns in our history, brought on by the pandemic.
The challenge brought on by Covid was the lack of travel. To overcome this, I devised a system of 'mic pods' to distribute the equipment across Australia using couriers and Ubers. This allowed us to remotely facilitate face-to-face video conversations between our host in the studio and guests at home, while recording broadcast-quality audio for the podcast, all over a standard home internet connection. This innovative approach ensured that despite the restrictions, we could maintain high production standards and deliver engaging content.
Integral to this initiative was host Rae Johnston, who played a crucial role in developing these insightful conversations from the business leaders. Her engaging and thoughtful approach ensured that the discussions were both enlightening and inspiring, equipping businesses with the knowledge and strategies needed to not only survive but thrive in challenging times.
